CARTHAGE, Mo. — Vision Carthage is pleased to share the winners for this year’s Carthage in Bloom Awards. The beautification initiative brought in a record-breaking 183 nominations and judges narrowed those submissions down to three winners from each ward. Winners were recognized during a special event held in Central Park over the weekend.
