Crossroads Warehouse in Southwest Missouri celebrates 20 years of operation with a ribbon-cutting

An area business celebrated not one milestone, but two this month. Crossroads Warehouse, near Joplin, MO held a reception to commemorate 20 years in operation. Officials from the Joplin Chamber of Commerce also cut a ribbon, celebrating a newly completed 100,000 square foot expansion of their facility.

The family owned and operated company provides commercial grade warehouse space for the storage and distribution of raw materials and finished goods products for local manufacturing companies in the four state area.

“A lot of companies are moving to the midwest area from the coasts because the cost of living is so reasonable here. It’s a lot cheaper to live here than in California or the East Coast. We are in a centralized location so business has been very good,” said Anthony Fink, Crossroads Warehouse C.O.O.

“We started out in a 2,500 square foot building in 2004. Every few years we added an additional building or added space onto an existing building, to meet customers’ needs. We just completed another 100,000 square foot building this year and we are already in the discussion phase of adding an additional 200,000 square feet of space due to the high demand of storage over the years,” said Pat Fink, Crossroads Warehouse founder and CEO.
