DESCRIPTION:“The Missouri Show-Me-Select™ (SMS) Replacement Heifer Program provides education to cattle producers on heifer development strategies\, specifically in management\, reproduction\, and genetics\,” says Patrick Davis\, MU Extension Livestock Field Specialist. The goal is to ensure a dependable supply of high-quality bred replacement heifers. The Southwest Missouri spring sale is scheduled for May 15 at 7:00 p.m. at Joplin Regional Stockyards\, located at 10131 Cimarron Rd\, Carthage\, Missouri 64836.
